Ticketing Agreement & Terms of Sale
1. No Refunds, Transfers Allowed
Tickets are non-refundable. All sales are final.
• You may transfer your ticket to another individual(s) by providing them with the original ticket or proof of purchase. The original purchaser remains responsible for informing the new attendee of all terms and conditions.
• Postponement or Rescheduling: If the event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will automatically be valid for the new date. Refunds will generally not be offered unless a new date cannot be scheduled within a reasonable timeframe.

2. Performer & Patron Safety and Code of Conduct
Performer and patron safety is our top priority. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to abide by the following rules of conduct:
• Appropriate Behavior Required: Guests must behave in an appropriate, respectful, and non-disruptive manner toward performers, staff, and other patrons. Any behavior deemed inappropriate, including but not limited to harassment, intoxication, or disorderly conduct, will result in the guest being immediately asked to leave the event without a refund.
• No Touching Policy: Patrons must never touch the performers. Any physical contact with a performer, unless expressly invited by the performer, is strictly prohibited.
• Respect the Venue & Staff: You must comply with all posted rules and the instructions of venue staff and show producers.

3. Artist Gratuity
• Show your appreciation for the artists! While not required, performers gratefully accept tips for their hard work and talent.
• Tipping Etiquette: Cash is a favorite and tip hats will be circulated by our performers normally at intermission and at the end of the show which our hosts will announce. Digital QR codes will also be available to send tips via Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle.
• Gratuity for service staff (bartenders, servers) is separate and appreciated for their service.

4. Show Content & Disclaimers
• Adult Content: This is a burlesque and variety show intended for a mature audience. Performances may contain adult themes, partial nudity, strong language, and suggestive content. Viewer discretion is advised. Please note each events Age Requirements and ID requirements.
• Cast/Content Changes: The producer reserves the right to make changes to the cast, lineup, running order, or program content at any time without notice. These changes do not constitute a reason for a refund.

5. Photography & Recording
We encourage you to capture and share the fun, but must protect the artists' work and the surprise of the full show!
• Professional Recording: Professional photography, videography, or audio recording equipment is strictly prohibited unless you have obtained prior written approval from show management.
• Flash Photography: NO flash photography is allowed at any time, as it is distracting to the performers and other patrons.
• Allowed vs. Prohibited: You are welcome to take non-flash photos and short videos before the show, during intermissions, and during fully-costumed acts.
• The "Clothes Off" Rule: Once top layers are removed cameras must be turned off. This protects the intellectual property of the artists and ensures a special, live-only experience for all ticket holders.
• Social Sharing: Please feel free to tease your friends and followers at home with your photos and videos but remind them they must buy a ticket to see the full show! We love to see you attended, so please tag @thedollfacedames and @lolabouteepresents in your posts!

6. Liability and Risk
• Assumption of Risk: By entering the venue, you assume all risks and dangers incidental to the event, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the actual performance.
• Recording Consent: You acknowledge and consent that the show producer or authorized third parties may record, film, or photograph the event, including the audience, for promotional, archival, or broadcast purposes. While the focus remains on the stage, you consent to your likeness, image, or voice being captured in any such media without compensation.
• Damage/Loss: The show producer and venue are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

7. Seating (If Applicable)
• General Admission: General Admission tickets guarantee entry, but seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Assigned/Reserved: For assigned seating, the producer reserves the right to adjust seating slightly to accommodate show needs.
